Kadiyah Lodge, M.S., through Lead For America (LFA) serves as Executive Director of Lead For Poughkeepsie (LFPK), affiliate. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for eight years in a variety of roles, including Assistant Manager at Dutchess One Stop Career Center and Assistant Director for the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce (DCRCOC) Career Action Center program.
She graduated from Mercy College where she earned a Bachelor of Science in journalism and media and a Master of Science in childhood education. Kadiyah is a proud AmeriCorps VISTA alumni who served two years in the City of Poughkeepsie. In 2021, she earned a Leading in Community from Adelphi University’s Leading in Community and is a 2020 graduate of the DCRCOC’s Leadership Dutchess program.
Kadiyah enjoys drawing, reading, hiking, taking road trips with her husband, and enjoying coffee from a variety of local vendors.
