Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan, United Way of the Dutchess-Orange Region and the Mid Hudson Valley Chapter of Association of Fundraising Professionals are excited to announce the regional day of giving – Hudson Valley Gives. This 24-hour online fundraising event on May 18th provides nonprofit organizations the opportunity to reach thousands of new potential donors and boost their visibility exponentially through the power of social media, print/broadcast marketing materials and word of mouth. As the lead sponsor, Dyson Foundation has contributed funds for prizes and matching donations which will be offered throughout the day to encourage donors to give generously to their favorite local charities and causes.
“As we strive to further build a community of philanthropy in the region, we look forward to this opportunity to celebrate and further our missions together,” explained Elizabeth Rowley, President & CEO of the Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan.
Nonprofit organizations can continue to sign up for Hudson Valley gives and learn more about this effort and how it can benefit your fundraising results for the year through a series of webinars on April 21, April 26, and May 4. Visit www.hvgives.org to register today!
