The Dyson Foundation has awarded a significant grant to United Way of the Dutchess-Orange Region. This grant is being made to support the United Way’s general operations. The Foundation is one of the few who offers unrestricted giving and supports projects that are less visible but integral to our community work. In addition, for a second year, the Dyson Foundation is supporting our Louis Greenspan Children’s Corner with a grant that will allow United Way to purchase and distribute clothing, sneakers, diapers, hygiene products and other basic need items for children and youth. United Way’s growing gift-in-kind program provides these essential items to thousands of children and families in our region. We appreciate the unwavering, loyal support of the Dyson Foundation for over 40 years.
