Financial Empowerment VISTA - FULL TIME
Will you join us in our fight against poverty? The Financial Empowerment VISTA will support community programs that provide tax preparation (e.g. CA$H Coalition) and financial education: evaluate the effectiveness of those programs, implement strategies that leverage volunteers to strengthen those programs, plan and execute two episodic volunteer events that create a greater awareness in the community about the struggles of people living in poverty, and help build the capacity of the Gifts In Kind program to better serve the needs of economically disadvantaged individuals.
