The Hudson Valley C.A.$.H. Coalition (Creating Assets, Savings and Hope) provides Free, Reliable Tax Preparation Assistance to families and individuals who need it most across Dutchess, Putnam, and Orange counties in New York.

Our mission is clear: to help residents save money, improve their financial stability, and strengthen the economic health of the entire Hudson Valley region.

The work we do has a direct and significant impact on our local communities.

  • Last year alone, the HV CASH Coalition and AARP Foundation Tax-Aide program were proud to assist with 6,763 tax returns for families living across Dutchess, Putnam, and Orange counties.
  • This work resulted in $3.4 million in tax refunds and credits being returned directly to our local families.
    This investment in our residents is estimated to have an economic impact of $4.2 million on the Hudson Valley region.
