United Way of the Dutchess-Orange Region believes that diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental pillars in our mission to advocate for every person's health, education, and financial stability in our community.
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee promotes all dialogue in support of our community members, regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, physical ability, or background. Through our 21-Day Racial Equity Challenge, we engaged with our community to localize the national conversation about race, finding great success in providing resources about topics that affect us all.
