Fred Clarke, Esq.

Board Member

Fred Clarke is a graduate of Pace University School of Law. He completed his undergraduate studies in Journalism at New York University. Fred has been with Stenger, Roberts, Davis & Diamond for two years and focuses on Family Law, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense and Guardianships for the elderly, minors and persons with disabilities. Prior to practicing law, Fred led a wide-ranging career in government and corporate communications. He worked on Capitol Hill as Director of Radio and Television to House Minority Leader Richard Gephardt (D-Missouri) and Press Secretary to House Minority Whip David Bonior (D-Michigan). He also designed communication strategies as vice-president of marketing and communications at JPMorgan and as a manager of public relations for IBM in Armonk, NY. Fred lives in Cold Spring, NY where he is an active member of the Cold Spring Lions Club and the Knights of Columbus. He is an officer with the Northern Dutchess Chapter of the NAACP, and chairman of that organization’s annual Freedom Fund Banquet Fundraiser. He is also a member of the Dutchess and Putnam Bar Associations and is very involved in local Putnam County politics. He is married to Stephanie and has two children: Cameron, who is a 4th year nursing student at Long Island University; and Katie, who starts Dominican College on a full scholarship this Fall to play Division 2 basketball and study pre-med.
